There are several reasons why your score might not show in the addon, but these are the most common:
- The player may be running an outdated database. Ensure that they've updated to the latest version of the app.
- Your score is not high enough in the current or previous season. We require that players have earned at least 200 points to be included in the database.
- You recently transferred or name changed. The addon is updated daily, so your character will be picked up in the next database refresh.
- If you do not log onto your character for 7 days, it drops off of our database. You will need to log onto your character and then wait for the next data sync for your character to show on Raider.io.
