For your characters to be included in the addon they must first meet the activity requirements and not have enabled any privacy settings that would hide character or account data.
For anything related to your score, dungeon runs and role you need to have a minimum IO score of 200.
For raid progress to show you must have at least 30% of the raid completed on any difficulty excluding LFR.
For Vault of the Incarnates, this is a minimum of 3/8.
