For returning players, there are a few things that you should do to ensure that your characters and data are showing correctly on Raider.IO.
- Refresh your Blizzard Account data.
In order to be sure your data is accurate, you will need to refresh your Blizzard account data. There are a couple of steps involved in this.
- First, you will need to make sure you log into all of your max level characters so the addon will pick them back up. Any character that has not been logged into within 7 days will fall off the addon completely.
- Go to your Raider.IO account settings and refresh your Blizzard account data. Once you get to your account settings, click on the blue button at the top to refresh your data.
- Character Transferring
If you moved your characters to a different realm, or changed their name, there will be steps you will need to take to be sure that your data shows correctly on Raider.IO.
