How do I enable third party access on my Battle.net account?

There is a setting within Blizzard that blocks third party sites such as RaiderIO from accessing your character data. Navigate to https://account.blizzard.com/privacy#friend-privacy, scroll down to 'Game Data and Profile Privacy'; and Enable the option 'Share my game data with community developers'.
